Terms of service

Phase is made and maintained by Alper Citak under the name Pantry Games. These terms apply to your use of Phase. By using Phase, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the game. Questions can be sent to pantrygamesdev@gmail.com.

Playing Phase

You may use Phase for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained it. Use the game lawfully. Do not interfere with its services, bypass purchase checks, or redistribute the game or its assets without permission. These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law expressly allows.

Phase is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13. If you are a minor, your use and any purchases must comply with applicable law and your store’s parental permission requirements.

Themes and purchases

Phase may offer optional, non-subscription theme purchases. Your store displays the price and processes payment. A purchased theme grants access within Phase; it does not transfer ownership of the game’s artwork or other intellectual property.

Use the app’s Restore purchases option to restore eligible purchases through your store account. Refund requests are subject to applicable consumer law and the store’s refund process: Apple or Google Play. Contact us if an eligible purchase does not unlock correctly.

Rewarded ads

You may choose to watch an ad for temporary theme access. Ad availability and successful completion depend on the advertising service, your privacy choices, and connectivity. The app explains the reward offered. Temporary access is separate from a purchased theme and has no cash value.

Game data and availability

Scores, preferences, and temporary theme rewards are stored locally. Clearing app data, removing the app, or changing devices may remove that progress. Eligible store purchases can be restored separately. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or future operating system version.

We may update the game to fix problems or change features. Any changes affecting purchased content remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

Intellectual property

Phase’s code, graphics, sounds, and other game content belong to their respective rights holders. Your right to play does not grant a right to copy, sell, or distribute that content, except where permitted by law or a separate license.

Privacy

The Phase privacy policy explains how the game handles local data, advertising, purchases, diagnostics, and support requests.

Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, Phase is provided as available, without a promise that it will be free of errors. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Stopping use

You can stop using Phase at any time by removing it. This does not automatically reverse completed purchases or erase records held by your store or other service providers. See the privacy policy for information about data deletion.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms as the game changes and will identify the effective date of the published version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Your mandatory rights under the laws of your place of residence continue to apply. Contact us first if you have a problem so we can try to resolve it.
